Hello, I am ThatMan,
I am an artist, content creator, editor, game developer, graphic artist, and many more. I started my artistic journey around 2018. Since then, I have had years of experience in many subjects.I love to create 2d & 3d artwork. I have created both good and bad drawings.I am in my 20's, and am a very withholding person, so don't be offended if I never tell you my name.I am a very active person, with a blunt professional personality and some would consider me a workaholic.I am also semi-bilingual, being Brasillian/American, confused often for an Australian. Sometimes the language barrier makes me spell things backwards... literally. This could also be because I type before thinking- idk.

Terms of Service
User Agreement
By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge that you've read and accepted the following Terms of Service. These terms, pricing, and conditions are subject to change at any given time without notice.You must also :
Be 18 years or older and hold a valid, pre-existing, PayPal account.
Must be able to pay in USD (United State Dollars) - Any conversions must meet the minimum payment threshold - refunds for incorrect conversions may not be available.
Must be willing to supply assets pertaining to the commission. Paid assets must be supplied at the expense of the client.
Right to Decline
ThatMan has the right to decline any commission without reason. Commissions may be terminated based on failure of communication, rude or hostile behavior, or other situations per context.A client may cancel a commission at anytime during the process, however refunds will be determined by ThatMan and may not be available.
Payment Method
Clients must be able to purchase a commission at the time of request in full but may not be required to purchase in full. Each client will receive a PayPal Invoice. Projects will not start UNTIL the bare minimum amount is paid in full. Each commission will state what that amount is. Only when payment is completed in full, will the product be shipped without pending watermarks.
Refunds
ThatMan will refund a client to the extent of reason within ThatMan's discretion. For fully terminated projects, funds relating to the initiation of the work or the time used to create the service or product may not be refunded.
Discounts & Pricing
Payment prices are calculated based on the base prices, edits, and the intuition of ThatMan himself. Prices will be set at a reasonable amount for quality. ThatMan holds the right to include or exclude discounts to any user. During the initial invoice, a discount offer may or may not be presented.If payment exceeds the discounted price, refunds may not be available.

Copyright and Usage
ThatMan reserves the copyright to any commissioned item. This includes the right to edit, modify, distribute, or promote. I reserve the right to upload progress reports publicly, share behind the scenes, and other progress relating to the creation of said commission. However, you retain the Intellectual Rights to the commission but may not claim the work as yours. Attribution is not required unless specified, however removal of intended watermarks by any methods are in violation of this agreement.My commissioned artwork may be used by the client for personal or commercial use, in displaying the artwork on their social media, outlets, print, or other works. Any hostile or negative usage of commissioned material is NOT my fault- and it is at the hands of the client and the client only.

Models must be supplied to Man for the render OR selected via Man’s pre-existing character library.
Custom Scenes may use paid or free assets to fulfil a commission at the expense of the Client.
I do NOT create 3D character models or their rigs. Each model must be pre-existing and poseable.
I CAN edit the textures for characters. I can also create SOME assets in some renders: like trees, background, cups and other items.
Clients can request that their models be publicly used by me in the future by adding it to my library OR request it to NOT be added. If they decline for it to be added, the model will only be used for the commission. If a member does not specify if the model can be used, it is assumed that I may use it until otherwise stated. No matter what, the owner of the model will be contacted for further permission to be used in future projects or commissions.
ThatMan's Policies
ThatMan Policies are not legally binding, and is used as an open policy that only and should only reflect toward ThatMan.
Take Down Requests
Take Down Requests, by author of any substance inside of a render, post, or equal, be it character, character design, images or text, description, or attribution to said author, must be upheld by Man in removing images, posts, and references or defined by said author or authors that are included in any form of post, media, or artistic work.Please Email or Contact ThatMan to take down a post
Sharing Information
Information, obtained or received by a direct party or a third party will not be shared with any other entities. This includes but is not limited to name, date of birth, location or origin of nationality, current or former residence, or contact information. All information will not be shared privately or publicly unless mandated by local or federal law or lawful request mandated by such legal entities.
Payment and Pricing
ThatMan will NOT, under ANY circumstances, round payment UP, but is allowed to round DOWN.If a discount offer is present during the invoice phase, it must be upheld by ThatMan unless the client initially refuses the discount. If a discount is offered after a service, it must be applied only before final payment and not after. If payment exceeds the discounted price, refunds may not be available.
